Return Process

  • Log in to your account and submit a return request in "Order History", or contact customer service and provide the order number and reason for the return.
  • After the review is approved, we will send you the return address and return guidelines.
  • Please return the goods in the original packaging or strong packaging materials and keep the logistics certificate.
  • We will process the refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned product and confirming it is correct.

Refund Description

  • Refunds will be refunded according to the original payment path, and the specific arrival time will be subject to the bank or payment platform.
  • Shipping and packaging fees (if any) are not refundable unless returned due to product quality problems or merchant error.

Exchange Policy
