1.Warranty period
We promise to provide you with a 12-month warranty service from the date of receipt of the product.
2.Warranty scope
This warranty service covers failures caused by defects in product materials, components or production processes under normal use. Including: free repair or replacement of faulty parts. For serious faults that cannot be repaired, the product can be replaced free of charge after confirmation by the manufacturer. Does not include: normal wear and tear, improper use, negligence, accidental or intentional damage, unauthorized modification or disassembly. Damage caused by the pet's own behavior (such as biting).
3.Warranty certificate
You will need to provide a valid proof of purchase (order number) or product serial number to initiate warranty services. Please keep it properly.
4.Warranty process
Contact customer service: Contact our after-sales team through customer service email or telephone to provide order information, product serial number and fault description. Problem diagnosis: Our technical support team may view data remotely and try to provide a fix. Repair or replacement: If it is confirmed that it is covered by the warranty and cannot be repaired remotely, we will guide you to send the product back for repair or replacement. Round trip freight during the warranty period is usually borne by us.
5.Disclaimer
This product is designed to provide a smart feeding solution for pets, but there is no guarantee that other pets can be completely prevented from rushing for food under all circumstances, and is not responsible for indirect losses caused by such circumstances. Do not modify the equipment without authorization. Problems such as signal interference caused by this are not covered by the warranty and may make the equipment unusable.
6.Environmental protection tips
According to environmental regulations, products and waste batteries should be handled by designated recycling agencies, and should not be discarded together with domestic waste.
