Setup Steps
- Place the feeder on a stable, dry surface away from direct sunlight or humidity.
- Plug in the power adapter to turn on the feeder.
- Open the lid and pour in dry pet food (3–16mm in size recommended).
- Scan the QR code or visit the website to download the “Limpet App”.
- Open the app and follow the steps to connect to Wi-Fi (2.4GHz only).
- Tap “Add Device” in the app and select your feeder model to pair.

Missed Feeding Alerts

- Clean the food bowl and dispensing channel weekly using warm water and a mild detergent.
- Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Replace the desiccant pack regularly.
- Check the dispensing wheel monthly for any residue or food blockage.

Q1: The device can’t connect to Wi-Fi.
A: Please make sure you’re using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and that the feeder is close to the router.
Q2: The food is not dispensing smoothly.
A: Ensure that the pet food is dry and that the kibble size does not exceed the recommended range.
Q3: The camera shows no image.
A: Check your internet connection and make sure the app has camera access enabled.
Q4: Feeding reminders appear too frequently.
A: You can adjust the detection sensitivity or alert interval in the app settings.
